I’m Dr. Lindsay Pfister-Kerr, a certified coach, former HR executive, working mom, and someone who understands what it feels like to constantly operate under pressure while still trying to hold everything together.

For years, I struggled to find tools that truly fit into real life and work, not complicated routines that required extra time, silence, or stepping away from responsibilities.

That experience shaped the work I create today.

I believe support needs to be practical and accessible, especially for people already carrying a lot. Whether you have 30 seconds,  3 minutes, or a longer practice (if that's possible), my goal is to help people interrupt the pressure, refocus, and navigate stress with more clarity and intention in the middle of everyday life.

And honestly, there are still days when I need these tools too. That is why I create and share practices that can realistically be used in the middle of work, parenting, responsibility, and real life, not just in perfect conditions.
