4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS – NO REFUNDS

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, courses, and tools, all sales are final.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access is granted immediately and you waive any right to cancel or request a refund once access has been delivered.

5. COACHING SERVICES

Individual coaching services are governed by a separate written Coaching Agreement.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Coaching Agreement, the Coaching Agreement shall control.

6. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers including Stripe and FreshBooks.

We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.

By submitting payment information, you agree to be bound by the applicable payment processor’s terms and policies.
