Hi, I’m Dr. Lindsay Pfister-Kerr

Certified coach, former HR director, and someone who understands what it feels like to carry too much for too long.

I help high-achieving professionals and everyday overthinkers find calm in the middle of chaos, reconnect with the strength God has placed within them, and move through life with more confidence and intention.

My work is rooted in practical tools, intentional growth, and a steady faith that reminds us peace is possible, even when life feels full.
