What if I cannot make every session?
Life is busy, I understand. Every session is recorded, and you will have access to the replays so you can catch up or revisit tools anytime.
I am not sure I am really a perfectionist. Does this still fit me?
Yes. You do not need to call yourself a perfectionist to benefit. If you are ambitious, often stressed, or find yourself overthinking and doubting your best efforts, this program will give you relief and practical tools.
Is this therapy?
No. Therapy focuses on healing the past. Coaching is forward focused and action oriented. You will receive strategies you can apply right away to reduce stress, build confidence, and live with more intention.
Do I have to share personal details with the group?
No. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Many participants find connection in realizing they are not alone, but the choice is always yours.
What if I have already tried other programs or apps?
That is common. What makes this different is the combination of live coaching, community support, and tools that fit into real life, not one size fits all advice.
How much time will I need each week?
Each session is 60 minutes. The tools and reflections are designed to fit into your schedule, so you are not adding more stress, just making space for small shifts that bring relief and clarity.
What if I feel nervous about joining a group?
That is completely normal. Many participants start out unsure but quickly find comfort and encouragement in realizing they are not alone. This is a supportive space, not a place of judgment.
Can I get one on one support if I need it?
Yes. You will receive personal attention during group sessions, and you can also book private sessions with me if you want deeper individual coaching.
What if I do not finish the workbook or exercises?
That is okay. The workbook is there to support you, not add pressure. You will benefit from the group sessions even if you do not complete every page.
