Professional Expertise
Dr. Lindsay Pfister-Kerr, Ed.D., PCC, SHRM-SCP, is a certified professional coach and educator with over 20 years of experience in leadership, human resources, and personal development. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Pittsburgh, is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and is also a SHRM-SCP.

Lindsay has served as Director of Human Resources for multiple school districts, led large teams, and presented nationally on leadership, resilience, and workplace culture. She is the author of From Perfectionist to Empowered: A Makeover Guide and the founder of LPK Coaching, an LLC dedicated to making coaching accessible and impactful for individuals, nonprofits, and businesses.
