This is for you if…
-
You wake up tired even when you slept.
-
Your mind is running before your feet hit the floor.
-
You feel responsible for managing everything around you, and you can't turn it off.
-
You keep waiting for things to slow down before you can actually live your life.
-
You know something needs to shift. You just haven't had the words or actions for it yet.
What happens over 5 days
Day 1
Recognize
Name the pattern
Take the
self-assessment and give language to what's been running without one. Includes the full Am I Running on Survival? assessment with score guide.
Day 2
Understand
Learn where this came from
Understand why the pattern formed and why willpower has nothing to do with why it's still here.
Day 3
Examine
See what was never yours
Start telling the difference between what's genuinely yours and what was handed to you.
Day 4
Shift
Build the pause
Identify your trigger. Practice intentionality. This is how identity actually changes. Not by deciding, but by accumulating proof there is another way to live.
Day 5
Reclaim
See what life looks like on the other side
Write the version of your life you're actually building toward and an invitation to go deeper.
If you've already tried to fix this
You've read the books. Maybe you've tried an app, a planner system, even another coach. Some of it probably helped, for a while.
But most of it was built to help you manage the output: the to-do list, the stress response, the next thing on the list. This is different. The Reclaim Framework doesn't start with your calendar or your habits. It starts with the pattern generating all of it in the first place, the one that's been running so long it stopped feeling like a choice.

This is not a productivity system.
And it is not a mindset reset that fades by the weekend.
You do not need:
-
Extra time or a perfectly quiet environment
-
Meditation experience or the ability to "just slow down"
-
To decide to be different
-
Another framework to add to your already full plate
What you do need:
-
Fifteen minutes a day and somewhere to write. That's it.
Created by someone who lived this pattern.
I'm Dr. Lindsay Pfister-Kerr, a certified coach (ICF Professional Certified Coach), former HR executive and school principal, and someone who spent years being outwardly effective and running on survival mode before I had a name for what was happening.
I built The Reclaim Framework because I needed it myself, and because of what I saw again and again across more than 1,000 hours of coaching and 20+ years in education and leadership. I know what it costs to keep running on survival mode. And I know that the answer isn't doing less or resting more. It's understanding the pattern underneath it: staying one step ahead of everything, anticipating what everyone else needs before they ask, treating exhaustion as proof you're doing it right. That's what this challenge starts to name.
This challenge is where that work begins.
Whether you have 15 minutes or an hour, whether you're in the middle of your busiest season or a quieter stretch, this is designed for real life. Not perfect conditions.

Do all 5 days. If you don't have real language for what's driving it, reply to any email.
I'll personally help you find it.
